After years of dreaming about life in Naples during family vacations, we made the leap from the UK with our three children and haven’t looked back. Today, we are proud to call this paradise home—and equally proud to serve our clients with the same care and dedication we give our own family.
With a background spanning over 25 years in the City of London, where I built my career in banking, life insurance, and wealth management as a financial advisor, I bring a uniquely professional approach to property management. This expertise now extends to overseeing more than 150 homes through Neapolitan Home Watch, where attention to detail, trust, and reliability are the cornerstones of our service.

Meet Mark Pentelow
Mark first visited Naples on a family vacation in 1987. Back then Naples was just a small fishing community with beautiful beaches. Over the years he returned on dozens of occasions witnessing the growth and expansion which has resulted in the town we now recognize, love and enjoy. The beaches are still as beautiful but boy has everything else changed! Marks parents purchased a property in the Kings Lake area of Naples in 2009 and spent 6 months of the year visiting as “snowbirds” to escape the cold U.K winters. It was then that Mark was introduced to the concept of Home Watch as his parents needed someone to check their property on a regular basis when they returned to the U.K. He witnessed first-hand their frustration over many years of trying to put in place a reliable and trustworthy Home Watch. Each season they would be forced to change to someone new but nothing ever really changed. He witnessed the stress and worry this caused, not knowing what state the property would be in upon their return. Even back then Mark was convinced that he could build a professional, high quality and trustworthy Home Watch business if ever the opportunity presented itself.
After purchasing their family home and marrying his beautiful wife Kate at the Ritz Carlton Hotel April 2015, the bond between Naples and the Pentelow Family was sealed. The next natural step was to relocate permanently from the U.K to Naples. Mark, his wife Kate and three children Abbie, Lucia and Max (plus Monty the family dog) are now very much part of the Naples community. They are the proud owners of Neapolitan Home Watch. Their two youngest children attend St Ann Catholic School, whilst their eldest attends St. John Neumann Catholic High School.
Prior to relocating to Naples, Mark had an extremely successful three decade career in Financial Services. He was responsible for managing hundreds of millions of funds under management of behalf of his clients. During these many years he developed a reputation amongst his clients and peer group for honesty, integrity, hard work, excellent client communication and customer service. These values are now integral to Neapolitan Home Watch.
