Meet Kate Pentelow
After years of dreaming about life in Naples during family vacations, Kate Pentelow and her family made the leap from the UK to Southwest Florida with their three children—and have never looked back. Today, Naples is proudly home, and Kate brings the same care, integrity, and attention to detail she gives her own family to every client she serves.
With a professional background spanning more than 25 years in the City of London, Kate built a distinguished career in banking, life insurance, and wealth management as a financial advisor. This experience shaped her highly professional, detail-driven approach to property oversight, client service, and financial stewardship.
Today, Kate & her husband Mark oversee more than 150 homes through Neapolitan Home Watch, where trust, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail are the foundation of every service provided. Clients value their proactive communication, hands-on management style, and unwavering commitment to protecting their most valuable assets.

Meet Mark Pentelow
Mark Pentelow’s connection to Naples began in 1987 when he first visited on a family vacation. At the time, Naples was a quiet fishing town with beautiful beaches. Over the years, Mark returned dozens of times, witnessing firsthand the remarkable growth and transformation into the vibrant coastal community it is today—while still retaining the natural beauty that first captured his heart.
In 2009, Mark’s parents purchased a home in the Kings Lake area of Naples, spending six months of each year as seasonal residents escaping the cold UK winters. It was during this time that Mark became familiar with the concept of Home Watch. Like many seasonal homeowners, his parents struggled year after year to find a reliable, trustworthy service to care for their property while they were away. Each season brought new frustrations, uncertainty, and stress—never knowing what condition the home would be in upon their return.
Through this experience, Mark became convinced that there was a better way. Even then, he believed he could one day build a professional, high-quality, and dependable Home Watch service rooted in trust, consistency, and exceptional client care.
After purchasing their family home and marrying his wife Kate at The Ritz-Carlton in April 2015, the Pentelow family’s bond with Naples was firmly established. Relocating permanently from the UK soon followed. Today, Mark, Kate, and their three children—Abbie, Lucia, and Max—along with Monty the family dog, are proud members of the Naples community. Mark and Kate are the owners of Neapolitan Home Watch, providing meticulous property oversight for homeowners who entrust them with their most valuable assets.
Before moving to Naples, Mark enjoyed a highly successful three-decade career in financial services, managing hundreds of millions of dollars in assets on behalf of his clients. Throughout his career, he earned a reputation for integrity, professionalism, strong communication, and exceptional client service. These same values now define Neapolitan Home Watch and guide every aspect of the business.

Meet Michael Ferrara
Michael & his wonderful wife, Carrie, have been proud Florida residents for the past 8 years.
After retiring from the IBEW Electricians Union in Rochester, NY, Michael followed his entrepreneurial spirit and owned a thriving Limousine & Concierge business for the next 10 years.
Having extensive experience in customer service and an energetic drive to stay busy, Michael has also managed two restaurants during his days in Rochester. One of them being an award winning home town favorite featuring Italian & American cuisine.
His enthusiastic willingness to bring a smile to others has led him to Neapolitan Home Watch. Although very different from the fast paced restaurant and limousine careers . . . Michael has found Homewatch to be just as rewarding when seeing the results of satisfied home owners.

Barry Katz
Barry “Baz” and his wife, Sharon have been residents of Florida since 2017. Originally from the Northeast, we moved to Georgia in 1981 until 2017.
Barry is a former IT professional with over 30 years mainframe experience. After his IT career ended, he decided to keep busy by becoming a School Bus driver in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Currently he drives ESE school buses in Collier County and has become a parttime Neapolitan Home Watch team member.
Baz has always stated that his DNA makes him passionate about his work and will always make sure your home is safe and sound.
Eddie Bletterman
My name is Eddie Bletterman originally from Antwerp, Belgium who grew up and was schooled in New York.
I am retired from the East Hampton Long Island, NY school district where I was the Director of Transportation.
I have been living in Southwest Florida for 13 years with my wife Linda, who I have been married to for 55 years.
I have been doing Homewatch for the past 12 years on Marco Island as well as in Naples with references.
I take pride in my work and am thorough and respectful of my home watch clients homes.
